Camping
- $100.00 — 3 days: Thursday, Friday, and Saturday
- DRY CAMP: No water, power, or cabanas provided
- Upon arrival, your name will be checked off, and a camping sticker will be issued.

Thursday, November 12th
- 12:00 pm – Registration opens; check-in and waiver signing
- 12:00 pm – Sign up for Thursday’s trail runs at the trail boards
- 12:00 pm – Raffle ticket and apparel sales begin
- 7:00 pm – Trail leaders meeting
- 9:00 pm – Registration closes
- 10:00 pm – Pavilion closes; please keep noise and music to a minimum for quiet time
Friday, November 13th
- 6:30 am – Registration opens; check-in and waiver signing
- 6:30 am – Continental breakfast served
- 7:00 am – Raffle ticket and apparel sales resume
- 7:30 – 8:00 am – Trail line-up
- 8:00 – 9:00 am – Trail runs depart
- 2:00 pm – Raffle ticket and apparel sales reopen
- 2:00 pm – Sign up for Saturday’s trail runs at the trail boards
- 4:00 pm – Free hotdogs, chips, and cookies (BYOB)
- 5:30 pm – P4W rock obstacle course
- 5:30 pm – Articulating ramp
- 10:00 pm – Pavilion closes; quiet time beginsÂ
Saturday, November 14th
- 6:30 am – Registration opens; check-in and waiver signing
- 6:30 am – Continental breakfast served
- 7:00 am – Raffle ticket and apparel sales resume
- 7:30 – 8:00 am – Trail line-up
- 8:00 – 9:00 am – Trail runs depart
- 12:00 pm – Pavilion closed
- 5:00 pm – Pavilion reopens (no early birds)
- 5:00 pm – Raffle ticket and apparel sales resume
- 5:00 pm – Music and vendor announcements
- 6:00 pm – Dinner hosted by Pirates Den
- 7:00 pm and onward – Raffles and prizesÂ
Sunday, November 15th
- 7:00am — P4W Club members: clean-up time
- Travel Home Safely
